Adobe Premiere conformed the files and the total size of the conformed folder was around 9 gigs. I created a new bin and named it storyboard and went to the first video file and edited the clip and dragged about 30 different length portions of that video into the storyboard bin. The Filmstro Panel is currently compatible exclusively with Premiere Pro CC 2019 & 2020. If you have an older version of Premiere Pro, this could cause issues. We are currently supporting up to Premiere Pro CC 2020 version 14.0.3 (Windows) and 14.0.1 (Mac). To ensure compatibility, use Adobe Creative Cloud to access older versions of Premiere Pro.

My pack says it was saved in a newer version or premiere pro, what do I do?
-You have to update your premier pro to version 2018 12.1.2+ or above for the pack to work. We do not work with any other versions below pp 2018 12.1.2.
I have a damaged file error message!
-If you open a template inside After Effects or Premiere Pro and receive a 'damaged file' error message, it means you currently don't have the software version the template requires.The transitions are created using the latest effects in Adobe Premiere Pro. Please update your creative cloud. If you're using an older version, Adobe Premiere Pro will not recognize the presets. You will need Adobe Premiere Pro 2018 12.1.2+ and Above. Any other version below 12.1.2 will not work.
The presets are showing just the picture, & the effect isn't working!
-Make sure your timeline looks like this, & you delete the original video & leave the effects, also make sure to render them if the bar at the top is red & your transitions are not working or displaying.
